Bucyrus Police reports-Aug. 24

Wednesday, August 23, 2017      
9:18 a.m.- Officers spoke to a few women at the police department about threats they are receiving.
9:37 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a man in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
9:44 a.m.- A report of a vehicle striking the police garage near the recycling drop off in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue was taken.
10:07 a.m.- Officers spoke to a resident in the 1700 block of Marion Road regarding harassment.
11:35 a.m.- Officers spoke to a man in the 1200 block of Willard Street regarding his dog.
12:08 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team Ambulance in the 100 block of Williams Street with an injured woman who fell.
2:15 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.
3:20 p.m.- A report of a burglary was taken in the 1300 block of Willard Street and the K9 searched the area for property to no avail.
3:24 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1300 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
4:51 p.m.- Officers checked a report of a verbal disturbance in the area of Wayne Avenue.
5:12 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.
5:44 p.m.- A report of an unruly juvenile was made in the 200 block of West Galen Street.
6:00 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the area of Hopley Avenue and Washington Street.
6:09 p.m.- A disturbance in the 200 block of North Poplar Street was a verbal domestic argument.
6:18 p.m.- A report of two intoxicated people was investigated in the area of Mansfield and Iron St.
6:56 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 200 block of Dudley Street.
7:24 p.m.- A report of dogs barking in the 700 block of South Spring Street was unfounded.
8:20 p.m.- Officer checked a report of a domestic dispute on West Southern Avenue.
8:48 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.
9:33 p.m.- A loud music complaint was made in the 500 block of Failor Avenue and the residents notified lowered the sound.
10:08 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to report a robbery by someone he knows. Officers are investigating.
11:10 p.m.- A disturbance at Pinewood Apartments was investigated.
