Bucyrus Police Reports-Aug. 2 and 3

Tuesday, Aug. 1
12:45 p.m.- A non-injury accident at Whetstone Street and Southern Avenue was investigated.
12:52 p.m.- A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the Pinewood Apartment area.
3:23 p.m.- A report of juveniles trespassing in the 600 block of East Warren Street was investigated.
4:20 p.m.- One income tax summons was issued at the police department.
4:35 p.m.- Two juveniles were reported missing at the police department. One was located by officers
and the other returned home a short time later.
5:24 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the Hopley Avenue area.
5:30 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the 200 block of North Poplar Street.
5:52 p.m.- Aacin Webb, 21, was arrested on East Warren Street on charges of disorderly conduct. He
was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held
until sober.
6:05 p.m.- A report of a reckless driver was made in the area of Sandusky Avenue and Marion Road.
6:11 p.m.- Officers checked a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
7:15 p.m.- A traffic complaint was reported in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
7:21 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the Woodbine Apartments area.
7:59 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 500 block of South East Street.
8:06 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the 300 block of Emerson Street.
8:24 p.m.- A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and River
Street.
8:38 p.m.- A 911 hang up call was investigated in the 300 block of Wiley Street.
8:47 p.m.- An accident was reported in the 1100 block of Fremont Street.
8:54 p.m.- Officers assisted a citizen in the area of Oakwood and Sandusky Avenues.
9:02 p.m.- Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Sandusky Avenue and Rensselaer Street.
9:19 p.m.- A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Warren and Whetstone Streets.
10:00 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 200 block of East Beal Avenue. People
were just letting the dog out.
10:30 p.m.- Brandon Borders, 20, was picked up downtown on a probation violation while officers
were investigating a disturbance complaint.
10:44 p.m.- A report of people with flashlights in the 300 block of Plymouth Street was unfounded.
11:13 p.m.- Officers took a complaint in the 200 block of Penn Avenue involving threats.
11:53 p.m.- A complaint of loud music at the Bucyrus Plaza was unfounded.
1:32 a.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 200 block of West Charles Street.  
Wednesday, Aug. 2
9:40 a.m.- Officers served an income tax summons at the police department.
10:21 a.m.- A report of a disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Avenue was investigated.
12:18 p.m.- Officers disposed of a syringe in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
1:40 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the police department regarding a disturbance.
2:18 p.m.- Officers investigated a traffic complaint in the 1100 block of Fremont Street.
2:23 p.m.- Yvonne Ramage, 25, Bucyrus, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. She was given
a court appearance date.
2:26 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a highly intoxicated woman in the 300 block of East Mary
Street.
2:42 p.m.- Officers picked up a package in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue that was delivered to
the wrong address.
3:53 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a person on a warrant in the 400 block of West Warren Street.
4:18 p.m.- Officers attempted to locate a man wanted on a warrant in the 300 block of West Warren
Street.
5:16 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of the theft of a credit card in the 500 block of South
Sandusky Avenue.
5:33 p.m.- Officers arrested a 26-year-old Columbus man for soliciting without a permit in the 500
block of Martin Avenue. He has been warned twice in the past.
6:57 p.m.- Officers spoke to a couple of kids playing near a drainage ditch in the 100 block of
Heritage Circle.
7:49 p.m.- A report of a disturbance in the Woodlawn and McKinley Avenue area was investigated.
8:41 p.m.- Officers responded to Bucyrus Community Hospital for a dog bite. It was then forwarded
to the Sheriff’s Office as it happened outside of the city.
9:04 p.m.- A report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue was
investigated.
9:31 p.m.- A man reported his 16-year-old daughter assaulted in the 400 block of East Rensselaer
Street.
10:45 p.m.- A report of a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

1:10 a.m.- A report of a disturbance in the 100 block of South East Street was investigated.
2:54 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the Hopley Avenue and John Street
area.
