Bucyrus Police reports-July 13 and 14

9:17 a.m.- A purse that was found in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street was brought to the
station. The owner was notified.
10:01 a.m.- A report of a semi-truck hitting a stop light at Hopley Avenue and Whetstone Street was
investigated.
10:17 a.m.- Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding speeding on Beal Avenue.
10:23 a.m.- An injury accident in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
2:09 p.m.- A report of a disturbance in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue was unfounded.
2:24 p.m.- A Schell Avenue resident reported her vehicle hit while parked at her home.
2:45 p.m.- Officers picked up an abandoned bicycle in the 500 block of Prospect Street.
4:54 p.m.- Officers assisted with an animal call in the 300 block of South Walnut Street.
3:16 p.m.- A vandalism report was taken in the 200 block of South Lane Street.
3:35 p.m.- A report of identity theft was taken at the police department.
3:48 p.m.- Officers delivered a message in the 1100 block of Heritage Circle.
4:20 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of junk vehicles in the 100 block of West Galen Street.
4:26 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.
4:46 p.m.- Officers investigated a traffic complaint in the 100 block of Schell Avenue.
7:22 p.m.- A report of loud music in the 500 block of West Rensselaer Street was investigated.
7:48 p.m.- Officers assisted the staff at Bucyrus Community Hospital with a disorderly patient in the
ER.
7:55 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
8:01 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check at Heritage Circle.
8:24 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the South Sandusky Avenue area was investigated.
9:15 p.m.- A report of a female trespassing in the 500 block of S. Walnut St. was investigated.
9:34 p.m.- Officers recovered a stolen bike in the 700 block of Prospect Street.
9:38 p.m.- A report of vehicles being egged in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street was
investigated.
9:46 p.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 500 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
10:01 p.m.- A report of suspicious people in the 100 block of Highland Avenue was investigated.
They were found to be catching pigeons.
10:57 p.m.- A report of a suspicious male at Indian Creek Apartments was investigated.
10:59 p.m.- Officers assisted a resident with a raccoon in his basement on Franklin Court.
11:28 p.m.- Officers spoke to a Franklin Street resident about threats he was receiving.

2:58 a.m.- A female in the 500 block of South Poplar Street reported being harassed via Facebook.
3:28 a.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 500 block of Wedgewood Court was investigated.
6:37 a.m.- A resident in the 300 block of West Rensselaer Street reported her vehicle egged. 
7:32 a.m.- Officers relayed a message to a resident in the 500 block of West Charles Street for
the Morrow County Sheriff's Office.
7:58 a.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 400 block of East Irving Street was investigated.
8:40 a.m.- Officers checked on a suspicious boat at Pines Reservoir.
8:47 a.m.- Officers attempted to check the welfare of a subject in the 1000 block of Woodlawn
Avenue. The person officers were looking for was not there.
1:27 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 100 block of South Stetzer Road.
3:31 p.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 100 block of South Spring Street.
3:44 p.m.- Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident in the 1400 block of Rosedale
Avenue.
3:54 p.m.- A resident in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue reported someone breaking into her home
and stealing mail.
5:41 p.m.- A New Washington resident reported losing some medication while at Walmart earlier this
afternoon.
5:50 p.m.- A report of kids swimming in the Pines Reservoir was investigated.
5:55 p.m.- Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.
6:02 p.m.- A resident in the 100 block of Franklin Street reported receiving threats over the phone
from someone he knows.
6:14 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued in an alley off Monnett Street.
7:15 p.m.- A resident in the 700 block of Sunset Drive reported someone trespassing at the residence.
7:35 p.m.- A report of loud music in the area of Maple and Irving Streets was investigated.
8:13 p.m.- A resident in the 600 block of West Warren Street spoke with an officer about a civil
property issue.
8:24 p.m.- An ID found in the 800 block of Wilbur Street was returned to the owner on Oakridge
Drive.
8:36 p.m.- A report of a man walking in the roadway on Whetstone Street was investigated.
9:03 p.m.- Officers assisted a renter at Stow Away Storage units with a stuck door.

12:44 a.m.- Officers warned two juveniles for curfew violating in the South Walnut Street area.
1:11 a.m.- Officers transported an intoxicated female to her residence.
1:28 a.m.- Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious male in the Garnet Court area. He was sent on
his way.
3:22 a.m.- A report of an erratic driver on Marion Road was investigated.
3:55 a.m.- A resident in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street reported her home broken into and
property stolen.
